PROGRAM OPTIONS
MPF COMPETE
We offer 4 different programs: MPF COMPETE, MPF COMPETE 3+1, MPF COMPETE MASTERS, MPF COMPETE PRO.
The program is structured into 4 main cycles throughout the year, each lasting 12 weeks, plus a transition cycle after the competitive season ends. Each training cycle has its main objectives, which we prioritize during that period, while continuously working on all specific capacities to maintain fitness year-round. The most sport-specific capacities are developed between February and April, in preparation for the Open, Quarterfinals, and potentially the Semifinals. The rest of the year is divided into the following training cycles: BASE, POWER, and SPORT-SPECIFIC BASE. Each cycle consists of 3 training blocks, each lasting 4 weeks. We follow a structure of 3 progressive loading weeks followed by 1 deload week.
MPF COMPETE
MPF COMPETE it is a complete training program for crosstraining. With a single subscription you have access to three options (“tracks”) and you can switch between them when you like and at no additional cost:

MPF IS INCUMBENT ELITE
Programming designed for athletes high performanceoriented to compete in Elite international, as the semi-finals of CrossFit.
Does not include scaling options, so if you don't you train at that level, we recommend to choose MPF COMPETE.
MPF COMPETE
Programming adaptable to athletes of all levelsalways with 3 variants in each session so that you can choose the one that best suits you.
MPF BELONGS 90
The optimized version of MPF is RESPONSIBLE for those who have less time or prefer a volume more moderate. Ideal if you're not yet accustomed to long sessions or to a high volume of training.

MPF COMPETE 3+1
MPF FALLS is a training program for crosstraining.
The goal of MPF COMPETE 3+1 it is to improve your strength, resistance, power lifting, gymnastics, mobility and skills, regardless of your level of fitness.
The program consists of 3 training sessions per weekeach one of 90-120 minutes.
In addition, we include 1 optional training each week. This session optional tends to be work aérobico, and have a duration of less than 60min. In the optional training we also included a session of mobility.

Possible optional part
The major blocks can be weightlifting, strength, skill, gymnastics, quality of movement, or resistance. The optional part can be any of these, or accessory.
MPF COMPETE MASTERS
MPF COMPETE MASTERS is a training program for athletes master (+35 years) of crosstraining.
The goal is to improve your general physical condition in a way adapted to the specific needs of athletes master.
The program consists of 4 main days of trainingmore 1 day optional every week.
Each session lasts between 90 and 120 minutes.
Unlike the programme COMPETE regularly, the version MASTERS includes:
More work ability both to gymnastics to weightlifting
More fitness without weights or large movements of gymnastics complex
More mobility and work accessory
Also control the volume weekly and daily by area muscle to help prevent injuries.
MPF IS RESPONSIBLE PRO
MPF is RESPONSIBLE PRO is a training program competitive for crosstraining.
The goal is to improve your strength, resistance, power lifting, gymnastics, mobility and skills, regardless of your level of fitness.
The program consists of 10 training sessions per week (two sessions a day, five days per week), each of 60-120 minutes.
In addition, we include 1 session optional zone 2/mobility Thursday.
Normally:
One of the daily sessions lasting ~60 minutes
The other lasts between 90-120 minutes
The daily time total training is usually 2.5 to 3 hours.
Each session includes a warm-specific, and one of the two daily sessions always include accessory.
This program is suitable for athletes of all levels, as we offer training options 3 different levels.
However, due to high volume, we recommend you to have some prior experience to handle it well.

MPF WEIGHTLIFTING
MPF WEIGHTLIFTING 4+1 is a training program weightlifting and strength.
The program is suitable for anyone who is already familiar with the movements of weightlifting and has practiced, for example, in group classes in CrossFit, and you want to specifically enhance their technique and strength.
The goal with this program is to improve your:

Main part (we focused on one or two movements of weightlifting, and we will make a technical part, part main, and a part of accessories specific to the movement of the day)
The daily duration is of 75-90 minutes.
Includes 4 main sessions per week and 1 session optional with the technique, and accessories.
PROGRAMS PERZONALIZADOS
MPF IS THE RESPONSIBILITY SEMIPERSONALIZADO
Includes access to the programming of MPF FALLS + a coach individual.
Access to the app FITR-Training, where you'll be able to track your progress and see the leaderboard. Coach with the individual you choose to 3-4 points that you want to improve (for example: gymnastics, weightlifting, mobility, point to accessories or packaging), and the trainer planned your own progressions and adjust the schedule as necessary.
This program also includes review videos, and feedback through the app, as well as support for qualifiers and competitions. This option also it is ideal for those who are returning from an injury.
