Our approach to training
The combination of her experience as a high-performance athlete and her academic background has allowed her to develop an intelligent, progressive, and adaptable training methodology for any level. Her goal is to help you improve all your physical abilities, building a solid and safe foundation that allows you to reach your full potential.
MPF TRAINING TO COMPETE
It is a programming of crosstraining for all levels. The main objective of the schedules is to improve the performance for crosstraining, but in a smart, safe, and fun. MPF TRAINING amalgamates the knowledge of an athlete, a CrossFit elite, sports physiotherapy, the degree of Physical Activity Sciences and Sports, combining scientific evidence with the experience of an elite athlete and coach.
Our philosophy
Our philosophy is to always build a solid foundation, either in the mobility and efficiency of the movement, the strength, the technique of weightlifting and gymnastics, or aerobic capacity. We do not believe in quick results, but to build a strong, solid foundation. Having a strong foundation allows us to go further at each specific capacity, and a more secure manner.
CrossFit doesn't have to be easy.
CrossFit doesn't have to be easy. But it does not have to be a constant suffering, to train every day without energy and with constant pain. Our goal is to train for what is just and necessary to be able to continue to improve, more or less. We want our athletes to continue improving, not only for the next 6 months, but during the next 6 years and older.
levels
We want every one that our scheduling, receive the correct stimulus of each training. To improve, it is crucial to do the workouts with weights correct, and with the volume and adequate level of gymnastics. This is why we work with 3 different levels for all the workouts (LEVEL 1, LEVEL 2, LEVEL 3). It is possible that your level will change according to the train, and it is advisable to always choose the LEVEL according to your level in that specific training. The programming of MPF is the RESPONSIBILITY also includes the option ELITE high-performance athletes.
level 1
It is for high-level athletes who compete at the elite level national, and want to reach an international level. Master all the movements of gymnastics in fatigue, raise minimum 100/70kg of snatch, and 130/90kg clean and jerk, and are able to make a training volume highest.
level 2
It is for athletes of middle-level competing at the level of the RX/elite low in national competitions/in Europe. Dominate all or almost all of the movements of gymnastics, but it may cost them, do them with fatigue. Erected around 85-90/55-60kg of snatch, and 110-120/75-80kg clean and jerk, and are able to make a training volume of the medium.
level 3
It is for athletes to complete beginners, level Scale/Intermediate level of Europe, and want to get to the next level. Master the basic movements of gymnastics, but do not yet have the more difficult movements. Erected around 70-80/45-50kg of snatch, and 90-100/60-70kg clean and jerk.
